Whatever you think of him he was telling it how it is.
Th f**king totalitarian state well and truly arrives now and it seems
you can get the sack just for speaking some good old plain common
sense.

TalkSport presenter Jon Gaunt has been suspended by the UTV-owned
station after he called a London councillor a "Nazi" during a live
debate.
Sony award-winning Gaunt, who writes a column for the Sun, also called
the councillor an "ignorant pig" during the discussion about a local
authority plan to ban smokers from fostering children.
The third principle of Fascism comes from Benito Mussolini, the
founder of fascism.
"Nothing against the state". Any type of questioning the government is
not to be tolerated. If you do not see things our way, you are wrong.
If you do not agree with the government, you cannot be allowed to live
and taint the minds of the rest of the good citizens.

Calling someone a "Nazi" and a "ignorant pig" is personal abuse and is
not in any way 'against the state', so talkSPORT were right in
suspending him.

Personal abuse is fine over the airways just ask any politician, it
goes with the teritory.

Are you saying we can't call John Prescot fatty?

The difference here is that they chose not to use the airways but the
medium of the phone line a wholy different legal teritiory.
